Poole’s Salterns Marina hosted a lunchtime drinks and canapés reception for some of its berth holders at the Southampton International Boat Show.
The reception, at Mayflower Park, was kindly sponsored by Coleman Marine Insurance, a Gallagher company.
The show, which is billed as Britain’s biggest festival of boating, opened on September 10 and closes on Sunday September 19.
It is the 52nd to be held and is aimed at serious boat buyers, water sports enthusiasts and the entire family.
A wide variety of marine brands on land, and in Europe’s largest purpose-built marina, showcase everything from stand-up paddleboards and sail boats to superyachts.
Children are more than welcome to attend with plenty of opportunities for kids – and grown-up kids – to get active on the water.
Visitors above the age of five are required to undertake a lateral flow test within 48 hours prior to arriving at the show.
This year’s event features a new entrance, show layout and features.
