Composite Profiles UK goes Platinum

Composite Profiles UK has been recognised by Investors in People (IIP) with its highest Platinum accreditation.

IIP operates in 77 countries with Poole-based Composite Profiles joining a prestigious group of just 300 companies globally, collectively leading the way in valuing their teams as one of their most important business assets.

Mark Norton, Managing Director, pictured right, said: “We’re thrilled. It’s taken ten years of working closely with the Investors in People team and framework.

“We’ve taken their advice and guidance and added in a sprinkling of our own ideas and flare.

“For me, it’s not all about ticking boxes and creating policies in the boardroom though.

“Jonathan [IIP practitioner] interviewed members of the team and there were anonymous surveys to complete too, so you can only really achieve the Platinum standard if it’s genuinely embedded in the culture.

“I see it as a ‘thank you’ really from the team to the business for making it a happy place to work.”

IIP’s Jonathan Saunders said: “Their plans, values and talent assessment, and their supporting processes and documents are among the very best I have seen.”

Investors in People has helped improve the working lives of more than 11 million people within 15,000 organisations across 77 countries.
