Not Just Travel, a Bournemouth holiday business with more than 600 remote consultants across the UK, enjoyed a very busy Cyber Monday this week.
The company celebrated sales 60 per cent higher than on Black Friday and 45 per cent higher than Cyber Monday 2023.
CEO Steve Witt put the success down to high consumer confidence following the autumn budget, which has led some customers to opt for more luxurious holidays and higher-end cruises.
“This year’s Cyber Monday has been phenomenal,” he said, “even for our high standards.
“Our home-based consultants are more confident and knowledgeable than ever, have excellent trade relationships, and know where to go to perfectly match clients with suppliers.
“2024 has been a record-breaking year for Not Just Travel consultants, yet we predict 2025 will blow this year’s sales out of the water.
Among them was Rachel Coyne, who closed a £22,700 trip to Japan, a £4,500 cruise through the Panama Canal and three bookings for a South African safari – all in a single weekend.
