Emma Bevan, an ARLA-qualified professional with over three decades of experience in the property markets of Bournemouth and Poole, has launched her new venture.

Bevan Residential will serve both landlords and tenants in the region, adopting a “client-focused approach that prioritises transparency, trust and results”, said Emma.

“As someone who has spent 30 years building relationships and achieving results locally, I wanted to create a lettings agency that’s knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

“A place where landlords feel confident their properties are in safe hands and tenants feel at home.

“I’m thrilled to embark on this journey and look forward to supporting the local community with their property needs.

“At Bevan Residential, we believe in creating lasting relationships, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.

“Concentrating solely on residential lettings means we can do exactly that.”

Born and educated in Dorset, Emma has been a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, the industry’s largest governing body, since 2001.

She previously served as head of residential lettings at Mays Estate Agents in Poole.
