Here today, gone tomorrow as commercial property agent sells industrial unit in 48 hours
A Dorset commercial property agent sold a £350,000 industrial unit within two days of marketing the property.
Acting on the instructions of a private client, Unit 11 in Block B at The Glenmore Centre, Fancy Road in Poole was sold by Goadsby to a private investor.
The end of terrace, modern industrial/warehouse premises was snapped up after just the second viewing at the quoted price.
The unit included four allocated car-parking spaces, 6.1m internal eaves height and first floor mezzanine offices fitted out to a high specification, including carpets, LED lighting and a meeting room.
Ben Duly, of Goadsby’s Business Space Department, said: “We were delighted to secure a quick sale for our client following significant levels of interest in the first two days of marketing.
“A sale was agreed on the second day of marketing.”
Goadsby has also announced two successful lettings.
The firm has let Unit 5, Horizon Park, Innovation Close, Poole to A1 Elite Courier Services on behalf of a private investor.
The new end of terrace warehouse has a gross external area of approximately 1,677 sq ft and an internal eaves height of approximately 7m. The quoting rent was £18,500 per annum exclusive.
Goadsby is marketing Units 6, 7 and 8 Horizon Park with individual rentals ranging from £19,500 to £23,750 per annum exclusive or a combined £62,750 per annum exclusive for Units 6, 7 and 8.
The commercial property agent has also let Unit C, 1 Willis Way, Poole. to South Coast Windows.
The industrial premises extends to approximately 1,990 sq ft and includes allocated car-parking spaces, an office, kitchenette and male and female WCs.
The quoting rent was £15,400 per annum exclusive.
