A free personal development breakfast in Poole could help you commit more solidly to your New Year resolutions.

Evolve, the membership community for entrepreneurs and business leaders, is hosting the event at its new coaching and events space in Ashley Cross on Wednesday January 22.

The event is open to everyone, even if you’re not an Evolve member.

Evolve’s new home in Ashley Cross.

The breakfast includes working through Evolve’s ‘Habit Creation’ workbook.

In an open and confidential environment, attendees will be invited to assess their good and also bad habits.

They’ll also be encouraged to commit more solidly to their New Year’s resolutions.

Evolve believes that by having a greater understanding of how habits are created, ones that are detrimental to development can be eliminated while enhancing others that lead to greater personal and professional success.

Warren Munson, Evolve’s Founder, pictured, said: “January is the ideal time to get rid of bad habits and start creating some better ones.

“This breakfast is a great opportunity to get your 2020 off to a meaningful start.”

Places are limited at the breakfast.
