It’s the ‘Glorious Goadsby’ as property agent announces eight completed commercial deals
Commercial property agent Goadsby is positively storming it after announcing no fewer than eight deals completed over recent months.
1 Dalling Road, Branksome, Poole, has been let on behalf of a private client to Parrot Parcels.
The detached warehouse premises extend to approximately 11,455 sq ft including 1,715 sq ft of offices.
The internal eaves height is approximately 3m and there are two loading doors.
The quoting rent was £69,500 per annum exclusive.

Acting on behalf of executors of the estate, Goadsby has sold 110-120 Victoria Road, Ferndown.
The premises occupy a prominent trading position on Victoria Road next to a Wetherspoons pub.
There are three retail units on the ground floor with three residential above and the total passing rental is £28,500 per annum exclusive.
The quoting price was £475,000.
A 14,562 sq ft warehouse at 15 Factory Road, Upton Industrial Estate, Poole, has been let on behalf of a private client.
The eaves height is 7.16m and the warehouse has a good sized secure concrete yard.
The quoting rental reflected £5.29 per sq ft and the unit has been let to Alfresco Investments Ltd for the storage of garden furniture.
Chris Wilson said: “We have witnessed a number of companies seeking warehouses with high eaves heights and rentals of less than £6 per sq ft for basic dry storage premises with little or no office content.
“Outside area is an advantage and Alfresco Investments were particularly attracted by the secure yard.”
Goadsby and Lambert Smith Hampton have sold all of the speculatively built Horizon Park at Tower Park in Poole which comprised 11 new warehouses ranging from 1,677 sq ft to 24,830 sq ft.
The scheme was built by national developer Chancerygate, to a high standard.
Each unit had a clear internal height of either 6.5m or 8.5m, an electric loading door and pvc cells.
The majority of the units included a structural concrete first floor to be used either as storage or first floor offices.
Chris Wilson, said: “Seven of the units were sold to owner occupiers and four units were sold to one investor who has already successfully found tenants for each unit.”
Acting on behalf of Birchmere, and working alongside joint agents Sibbett Gregory, Goadsby has completed the final letting at Westbourne Business Centre, Wharfdale Service Road, Westbourne, marking the eighth letting at the new business park.
The units ranged from 977 sq ft up to 996 sq ft and a number of occupiers have taken two adjoining units.

The mid-terrace modern industrial/warehouse premises extends to approximately 2,014 sq ft with 5.5m internal eaves height and six car park spaces.
Goadsby agreed the letting to A.F.L. Trucks Ltd.
The company was looking for additional industrial/warehouse space for its forklift supply business.
Goadsby is also marketing Unit 30 and Unit 4 Holton Heath which are currently available.
Unit 30 extends to approximately 1,500 sq ft and the quoting rent is £11,250 per annum exclusive.
Unit 4 extends to approximately 4,098 sq ft and the quoting rent is £29,000 per annum exclusive.
