His favourite place in Dorset is Brownsea Island, laziness makes him angry and he’d like to be remembered for being a great father and a kind and generous man.
Adam Greenwood, Chief Executive Officer of digital agency Greenwood Campbell, takes the 20 Questions’ hotseat.
Question: What’s your favourite TV show?
Answer: Curb your Enthusiasm.
Q: Who would you like to share a car with?
A: Donald Trump. I’d love to try and figure out what on earth is going on inside his head!
Q: The best bit of my job is…?
A: Working with so many different types of organisations. From improving RNLI life saving processes to helping bereaved parents, to understanding the complexities of life insurance and improving conversion on private hospital websites.
Q: And the worst…?
A:Dealing with aggressive or bullying clients.
Q: Who was your childhood hero?
A: Ferris Bueller (character in a 1986 American teen comedy film).
Q: What’s your favourite smell?
A: Vanilla.
Q: Where’s your favourite place in Dorset?
A: Brownsea Island.
Q: What advice would you give to anyone starting out on a career?
A: Find something that you love and are passionate about. Don’t focus on salary and you will always be happy.

A: George Michael – ‘I Want Your Sex’.
Q: What gets you angry?
A: Laziness.
Q: Do you have a favourite piece of music?
A: Prince – ‘Little Red Corvette’.
Q: What are the qualities you look for in a new employee?
A: Passion, hard work, helpfulness, desire to learn, selflessness.

A: Homemade pasta with tomato and chorizo.

Q: Name the best thing about living/working in Dorset?
A: Being able to go paddleboarding around Poole Harbour before work in the summer.
Q: If you were Prime Minister for the day what would be the first thing you do?
A: Sort out equal pay for men and women.
Q: What’s your biggest frustration?
A: I would like to have started my business 20 years ago, not ten.

A: South of France.
