Question: What’s your favourite TV show?

Answer: Grey’s Anatomy (American medical drama).

Q: Who would you like to share a lift with?

A: Princess of Wales in my next life.

Q: The best bit of my job is…?

A: Developing people.

Q: And the worst…?

A: Nothing – I love what I do.

Q: Who was your childhood hero?

A: Charles II.

Q: What’s your favourite smell?

A: Jasmine.

Q: Where’s your favourite place in Dorset?

A: Studland Beach.

Q:  What advice would you give to anyone starting out on a career?

A: Be enthusiastic and hard working.

Q: What was your first record/CD?

A: ‘Please Mr Postman’ by The Carpenters.

Q: What gets you angry?

A: Rudeness.

Q: Do you have a favourite piece of music?

A: Zadoc the Priest by Handel.

Q: What are the qualities you look for in a new employee?

A: A ready smile and a willingness to learn.

Q: What’s your favourite food or dish?

A: Roast chicken.

Q: Steamed sponge pudding and custard or plate of melon?

A: Melon.

Q: Name the best thing about living/working in Dorset?

A: The people and the climate.

Q: If you were Prime Minister for the day what would be the first thing you do?

A: Sort out all the roads.

Q:  What’s your biggest frustration?

A: Lateness in others.

Q:  Where’s your favourite holiday location?

A: South of France.

Q: Where do you see yourself in ten years’ time?

A: Doing what I do now with a few more holidays attached.

Q: What would you like to be remembered for?

A: A good guy and true to my word.
