A: Mila Kunis (American actress).
Q: The best bit of my job is…?
A: The variety of people I interact with: landlords, tenants, corporates and individuals.

A: Having to be patient while other people do their bit to conclude matters.
Q: Who was your childhood hero?
A: Kevin Keegan.
Q: What’s your favourite smell?
A: Bacon.

A: Poole Harbour
Q: What advice would you give to anyone starting out on a career?
A: Listen, get stuck in, don’t be afraid to speak to people in person.
Q: What was your first record/CD?
A: ‘We All Stand Together’ by Paul McCartney and the Frog Chorus.
Q: What gets you angry?
A: Traffic.
Q: Do you have a favourite piece of music?
A: ‘The Wicked Flee’ by Carter Burwell.
Q: What are the qualities you look for in a new employee?
A: A sociable personality. Agency work requires people interaction skills to build relationships.
Q: What’s your favourite food or dish?
A: Omelette.

A: Melon.
Q: Name the best thing about living/working in Dorset?
A: The hybrid of commerce and lifestyle without the City strain.
Q: If you were Prime Minister for the day what would be the first thing you do?
A: Give myself special powers to resolve Brexit and have a majority. Fantasy I know but I am bored of the delays.
Q: What’s your biggest frustration?
A: In property it has to be the planning process. Delays just stifle development.

A: LeFay Resort, Lake Garda.
Q: Where do you see yourself in ten years’ time?
A: Chief Executive Officer of Goadsby.
