Warwick Dales has joined Goadsby Commercial Ltd as an Assistant Surveyor within the valuation team based in Bournemouth.
His primary role will be to handle landlord and tenant negotiations for commercial property rent reviews and lease renewals throughout Dorset and Hampshire.
Paul Stewart, Managing Director, said: “We have an extensive portfolio under management, so we have a constant stream of instructions which require dedicated attention.
“Warwick will, therefore, be working closely with our property management team and will be backed up by evidence from our agency teams in both Dorset and Hampshire.
“We will also be supporting Warwick throughout his quest to attain Associate Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) via the valuation pathway.”
