A Bournemouth beauty spa which has not just survived but positively thrived during the pandemic has launched a ’12 Days of Christmas’ pamper promotion.
Arcadia Beauty Spa in The Riviera Hotel, Alum Chine, will celebrate its fifth birthday next month.
Owner Michelle Dougan, who has been in the beauty business for 14 years, launched the award-winning spa to fulfil a passion for delivering high quality treatments and natural skin care products.
After months of closure in the first lockdown she reopened in August after a £15,000 makeover which included a refurbishment and a new range of beauty products.
The revamp included splitting the dual treatment room into two in order to maintain social distancing guidelines.
New beauty products included l’Organiq from Dorchester and Westbourne’s Simone Thomas Wellbeing range.
Despite being closed again during the latest lockdown, the spa welcomed 221 new clients between August and November.
Recent months have also seen the arrival of two new beauty therapists.
Between the team a total of 354 treatments were carried out, including massage, body and facial treatments.
Arcadia Beauty Spa is now releasing 12 Christmas-themed pamper packages on its Facebook page during the advent period.
Anyone wishing to grab a pamper deal needs to follow Arcadia Beauty Spa on Facebook.
