A Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), she has extensive experience in strategic and operational HR across various sectors.

Her career spans multiple industries, including financial services, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, IT and hi-tech start-ups, agriculture and hospitality.

Beth’s transition from an HR Director role to consulting several years ago has seen her work with a diverse range of clients, building strong, trusted relationships and earning commendations for her exceptional service.
