Poole-based Life Matters Financial Planning says it will provide any help or guidance needed during a free 30 minute conversation.

The offer is until the end of this month.

Tom Kennedy and his wife emigrated back to the UK from Sydney, Australia, a few years ago after starting a family.

100+ join Focus in Five challenge with Nicky winning top prize

More than 100 people signed up for a free Focus in Five challenge of daily workouts organised by Lynsey Suzanne.

As reported on Dorset Biz News, the personal trainer from Blandford set each of the participants a different daily challenge.

They needed to be completed to have the chance of winning a prize worth more than £250.

The challenges included steps, nutritional and just spending 15 minutes of the day as ‘you time’.

Lynsey, pictured left, said: “One contender said he started to play his guitar he bought in lockdown 1 for those 15 minutes which he hadn’t found time to pick up in months.

“Now it’s part of his daily routine since joining Focus in Five.”

The lucky winner of a three month membership to Lynsey’s 12 week programme Fit in 3 – which reopens at the end of March – and home gym equipment supplied by Elite Home Workout was Nicky, pictured right.

Lynsey said: “She gave the challenge 100 per cent from start to finish.

“She encouraged and supported others in the group, had a really positive mindset and fitted everything in despite being a key worker on night shifts with a young child at home.”
