Savills announces five promotions at Wimborne office
International real estate advisor Savills has announced five promotions at its Wimborne office with effect from this month.
Phil Beattie, pictured right, Head of Savills Wimborne office, said: “I would like to offer a huge congratulations to all five of these individuals on their well deserved promotions.

New arrivals join Steele Raymond’s Residential Development team
Steele Raymond has welcomed Associate Solicitor Henry Barker and Solicitor Minaz Rahman to its Residential Development team.
The Bournemouth-based law firm says their arrivals make it the largest specialist residential development and social housing legal team in the South.
Following last month’s appointment of Residential Development Partner Emma Pope from Paris Smith, her former colleagues, Henry and Minaz, have now both made the move from Southampton to Dorset.
Henry trained at Paris Smith and subsequently qualified into the firm’s commercial property team.
He joins Steele Raymond with six years’ experience.
Minaz, also a former Paris Smith trainee, qualified 11 months ago as a solicitor, also into commercial property.
Prior to embarking upon her two-year training contract, she gained invaluable experience as a Commercial Property Finance Paralegal.

New challenge for Carina at Just IT
Carina George has joined Just IT as Senior Account Manager.
The national multi award-winning company has been operating for more than 20 years.
It supports learners through IT and digital apprenticeships, skills bootcamps and recruitment services.
Carina, pictured left, was previously Apprenticeship Account Manager at Bournemouth & Poole College.
