Blandford-based A3C Management has extensive experience across a variety of sectors.

They include nuclear, construction, military, aviation, shipping, local government and education sectors.

Simon Jubb, Director and Founder, said: “We pride ourselves on providing solutions that integrate into your business.

“Our core values are integrity, honesty and transparency in everything we do.

“If a process is not right, we will say so and together we will work to create a better, more logical and efficient system for you.”

Simon has more than 30 years’ experience in health, safety, engineering and quality management.

He said: “What makes us different is that we don’t want to create something bespoke for your company that will then require a lot of tweaking and cost to maintain.

“We want to give your company something you can use and run, without the constant need for upgrades.

“A key part of any work we do is to consult with your employees – they are after all the hub of your company.”

Planning permission for ‘sympathetic’ lodge development

A Dorset holiday park has received the green light for a new development of luxury cedar exterior lodges.

Waterside Holiday Group has received planning permission for 14 lodges at Bowleaze Cove.

Allen Main, Group General Manager, pictured left, described the development as “exciting”.

He added: “It will be sympathetic, bringing environmental considerations such as rainwater harvesting, wild meadow and sustainable graded lodges.

“The development works are being tendered to local contractors, to ensure that we look after our local tradespeople.”

Waterside Holiday Group operates three parks in Dorset: The Waterside Holiday Park & Spa on Weymouth’s Bowleaze Cove, Chesil Vista on Portland Road, Weymouth, and Osmington, in Osmington Mills.

Rosie flies high as she takes on daredevil wing walk for charity

Businesswoman Rosie Kennar had her head quite literally in the clouds when she took part in a wing walk in aid of Diverse Abilities.

Rosie, Chairman of Hoburne, was joined by colleague Jimmy Everingham as she took to the skies strapped to the top of a 1940s Boeing-Stearman biplane.

The daredevil duo soared up to 500 feet at 110 mph.

Rosie described her ten-minute flight over Compton Abbas airfield in Wiltshire as “very exhilarating.”

Hoburne Group Support, based in Christchurch, has been supporting Diverse Abilities as its nominated charity for the past two years.

In that time it has raised more than £8,000 for the Dorset-based disability charity.

Rosie said: “We were both petrified when we arrived at the airfield, but there wasn’t much time for butterflies as the pilots were ready for us.

“Despite the initial nerves and a few screams mid-air, we had the full adrenaline experience from the pilot, and it was just fantastic.”

Emma Bovey, Fundraising Manager, Diverse Abilities, said: “We are so proud of Rosie and Jimmy for taking on this challenge – the thrill seekers have done an amazing job.

“The monies raised by the Hoburne team will make a massive difference in what has been a difficult year for charities globally.

“We really appreciate every donation that has come through so far.”

Rosie and Jimmy’s efforts have raised £5,600 to date.
