She specialises in: divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, separation, and financial remedy proceedings. Lindsey also has expertise in complex cases involving children, including jurisdictional issues and Hague convention cases where children are taken over borders.
Nick, who runs the firm’s residential leasehold department in Bournemouth, oversees the company’s advising of landlords, tenants, and managing agents all over the UK.
His expertise lies in the realms of buying the freehold, extending and varying leases, county court proceedings, forfeiture, right to manage, right of first refusal, service charges (reasonableness and recovery), and restrictive covenants.
Senior Partner Roger Leedham said: “I am absolutely delighted to announce these promotions. Lindsey is a very popular member of staff. She is extremely experienced and has worked tirelessly to provide a service to clients of our family department, which is second to none.
“Furthermore, I am obviously extremely proud to be announcing that my own son Nicholas has been made up to a Partner and now heads the residential leasehold department at Coles Miller. I have watched Nick’s development since he started with us as a trainee solicitor nearly 10 years ago and he has worked very hard to achieve this goal.’’
