South Dorset Commercial Property provider, DJ Property, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Richard Norgrove as Property Director.

A highly regarded professional in the property sector and a Chartered Surveyor, Richard brings a wealth of experience, including 13 years as Property Director at Hortons’ Estate, one of Birmingham’s most established property dynasties.

At Hortons, Richard managed and developed an extensive portfolio comprising a mix of retail, leisure, office, and industrial properties across the Midlands, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success.

Following his relocation to the south coast, Richard served as Head of Real Estate at Meyrick Estate Management Ltd, where he oversaw significant property and land holdings across Bournemouth, the New Forest, and Anglesey.

In his new position at DJ Property, Richard will manage and develop the company’s property portfolio, reinforcing its position as the leading commercial property provider in South Dorset and aligning with DJ Property’s vision of creating adaptable, high-quality spaces for local and national businesses.
