The Dorset-based co-founder of a software development company is celebrating after successfully floating the business on the Warsaw stock exchange less than four years after it was launched.
Spyrosoft released 179,766 shares in the business in the flotation on the NewConnect Stock Market in Warsaw – 17 per cent of its registered capital – rewarding employees and sharing the company’s success.
Andrew Radcliffe co-founded the company, which is headquartered in Wroclaw in Poland, in 2016 after leaving his job as Head of Development at Ordnance Survey in Southampton.
In 2016 Spyrosoft had 15 employees working from one location in Poland.
Today there are 470 employees based in offices across Poland, the UK, Croatia, Germany and the United States.
In 2019 Spyrosoft’s revenue grew by 124 percent to €16.6m
Now the business is set for further growth in the UK from its offices in Ferndown where nine staff are based.
Andrew is one of the UK’s most influential technology and innovation experts having previously helped to develop the IT leaders of the future at the Cranfield School of Management and advised the UK government on technology innovation in the heart of Whitehall.
