The developers behind a new business park development in Ringwood have announced the successful pre-let of a flagship 14,000 square foot carbon neutral office.
The new office, in Meyson Properties’ Parvaneh Park, will be let to Dorset Orthopaedic, a leading provider of private prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation across a network of clinics around the UK.
“We are delighted to be partnering with Meyson Properties, allowing us to remain in Ringwood and continue to develop and grow our local business” said Matt Hughes, Managing Director of Dorset Orthopaedic.
Alongside the flagship office on Embankment Way in Ringwood are a further 8 enterprise units that were all pre-sold from plan.
The flagship office will be carbon neutral and feature a large photovoltaic array to provide enough electricity to power a substantial percentage of the occupant’s power usage.
The build will be constructed in a totally bespoke format and will include all fixtures, fittings and furniture.
Director Paul Meyer of Meyson Properties said of the latest development: “This is one of three recent collaborations, which see well-established local companies based in Ringwood keep employment local by relocating to newer, more modern and more sustainable premises within the town”.
Both Vail Williams and Nettleship Sawyer were involved in the scheme which is due for completion in quarter three of 2024.
