Enough to make you scream (with delight) as Sisi displays her Halloween food carving skills

There’s only one word for it.

Spooktacular!

Food carver Szimonetta Zombori – also known as Sisi – is again displaying her brilliant talents this Halloween.

But she doesn’t just do pumpkins as well as other fruit and vegetables.

Sisi also carves soaps and creates artisan, handmade chocolate bars and even chocolate covered doughnuts.

Business is booming for the 29-year-old who moved to Bournemouth from Scotland in 2015.

She’s now entering the busy run-up to Christmas and New Year.

Sisi said: “I’ve  added a few extra services and it seems that people love them.

“I have a few options that are only available for local people, and I have added free delivery (BH postcodes) for each gift box.

“They include Belgian chocolate covered doughnuts, chocolate covered strawberries and flower compositions with chocolate bars.

“Also in Dorset, for the first time, will be available special doughnut bouquets.

“There are two or three companies in London which offer doughnut bouquets but no-one has the artistic, 3D chocolate figure decorated and hand painted, personalisable doughnut bouquets I offer.”

Sisi, who is married with a young son, had a passion for art from an early age.

A quiet child, and growing up in Hungary, there was nothing she loved more than spending time with her colouring pencils and drawing.

For hours and hours.

Sisi’s artistic abilities were recognised by her teachers who helped develop her skills and knowledge.

Her talent for art led to a professional stone sculptor qualification.

Then, one day, a family friend returned from holiday and described seeing some amazing food carvings.

Sisi did some research and was promptly hooked.

A video of Sisi creating her bespoke gift boxes can be seen here.

Pre-orders are now open for Christmas.
