Woodstock Legal Services in Poole have announced the appointment of Gemma Fancini to their growing property team.

Gemma joins the firm as a Consultant Residential Conveyancer, having built up 20 years’ experience in the sector with practices across Dorset.

Over the course of her career, she’s acted on behalf of all manner of clients, from first-time buyers to investors and high-net-worth individuals.

“It took seconds to decide to join”, said Gemma.

“Spending time speaking with Carly Jermyn and Simone Ritchie about the ambitions of the firm and the opportunity to join as a consultant proved to be an easy decision to make.

Consultants make up around half of the firm’s workforce, with specialisms in property management, evictions and debt recovery.
