Experienced town planner Jenny settling into role at Bournemouth’s Ken Parke Planning Consultants

Ken Parke Planning Consultants (KPPC) has welcomed experienced town planner Jenny James to the team.

KPPC, which celebrated its 21st anniversary this year, supports clients nationwide in commercial and residential projects.

Chief executive Ken Parke, who founded KPPC with chief financial officer Angela in 2003, said: “Jenny is an experienced and richly talented planning professional.

“We look forward to seeing Jenny develop her career with KPPC and contribute to the future success of the company as we continue to support our clients across a range of planning sectors with a focus upon the commercial and residential markets.”

Jenny is an experienced town planner working towards her chartered status with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

She holds a bachelor’s in industrial design from Massey University in Wellington, New Zealand, and a master’s in planning policy and practice from London South Bank University.

She’s worked in planning roles for local authorities in London and the South East, as well as for a residential developer in the private sector.

When not at work, Jenny enjoys paddleboarding, camping and exploring the local area.

She previously lived in London, but now resides in Bournemouth with her husband and their two children.

“Working in Dorset at KPPC allows us to have a wonderful lifestyle with beaches, the countryside of the New Forest and rich culture on our doorstep,” Jenny added.

KPPC is seeking further qualified RTPI chartered planners, preferably with at least two years of private practice experience.
