The reaction of business coach Gary Hales after winning the award for ‘Best Client Results for the UK’ at the annual conference of ActionCOACH.

The 55-year-old, who is Senior Partner at ActionCOACH West Dorset, works with owners and managers in leadership, change management and strategy to help businesses grow and develop.

He has more than 25 years’ of experience building and growing businesses, having worked both within the corporate world and as a small business owner in multiple industries, including clinics, retail outlets and restaurants.

Gary, who showed another side when he took to the 20 Questions’ hot seat, said the award was the highlight of his coaching career to date.

He added: “This award was based on feedback and testimonials from my coaching clients so it’s really down to the effort they put in, and the attitude they showed, to grow their business and achieve outstanding results that has enabled me to win this award.
