It’s the perfect post pandemic pick-me-up.
Especially for a new creative startup or business that has been affected by the pandemic and needs a helping hand.

During lockdown, Factory Studios in Boscombe has been busy refurbishing and kitting out a dedicated co-working space.
‘The Loft’ is for desk-based creatives.
It’s also created a large communal kitchen, perfect for hosting workshops and, most importantly, socials.
To mark the relaunch and – fingers crossed – everything opening up again next month, Factory Studios is supporting the local creative community by giving the opportunity to win a desk for the year, worth £3,600.
Once the entries have closed, the top three will be shortlisted and put to a vote on its Facebook page.
The shortlisted entrants will also be invited to an open evening to see the space and meet other residents.
David Mullins, Owner of Factory Studios, said: “It’s all about supporting the local creative community who have suffered during the pandemic period.
“We’re doing our bit and really hope people enter.”
The closing date is Wednesday June 30.
To enter just fill in the online form here.
Factory Studios is one of the largest creative hubs in the Bournemouth area, supporting a network of creatives ranging from artists and digital designers to film makers and photographers.
It has been in the ownership of the Mullins family for more than 110 years, starting with Harold Percival Victor Mullins and then, from 1969, Dick Mullins.

The Factory passed to Dick’s son, David, pictured with sons Harrison (left) and Jackson, in 2009.
David studied theatre design and set design at Wimbledon and Kingston.
He used this knowledge to refurbish the facilities including the installation of new walls and the reinforcement of exterior brickwork.
David then decided to divide The Factory into three units, a Digital Co-working Suite, the Artist Studios and Blackwell Dance Academy owned by his wife.
‘The Loft’ is in the former living quarters of a coachman, part of a small holding of buildings acquired in 2009.
