The Poole-based Lemur Attractions Group, which operates Splashdown and Lemur Landings Play Centre has announced it is supporting Forest Holme Hospice as it charity partner for 2024.
Currently celebrating its 30th anniversary, Forest Holme Hospice Charity was set up to help to provide everyone in the local community impacted by life-limiting illness or bereavement gets the care and support they need, whether that be at home or in its dedicated hospice facility.
The charity was chosen after a vote by employees at both sites, with the team looking forward to raising awareness and additional funds for the hospice over the next charity year.
Forest Holme Community & Corporate Fundraiser, Kirsty Perks, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be Lemur Attractions Group’s chosen charity for 2024.
“We are really excited about this new partnership and look forward to working together to raise vital funds and help ensure our team can deliver the highest level of care, when and where it counts.”
Speaking on behalf the Lemur Attractions Group, Group Marketing Director, Jackie Richmond, said: “We are so happy to be supporting Forest Holme with all the crucial work they do for residents in the local area.
“Knowing there is a charity delivering such support in the hospice and out in the community is such an asset to the area. We look forward to fundraising and helping them in any way we can.”
