Day five of our search for Dorset’s most decorated business and meet the cheery souls helping Dorset PR supremo Kate Shaw as she crafts stories for her clients from the comfort of her home.
Also note the carefully positioned business card. Never one to miss a trick is Kate!
She celebrates the sixth anniversary of her business, KTPR, next month.
Kate said: “I really value working from home in my office which is on the top floor of my Victorian home in Westbourne, with views looking out onto local roof tops.
“I feel incredibly lucky to work with such a great mix of fabulous clients, many who have worked with me for many years now.
“I love to have fun in my work and really genuinely enjoy what I do. My mantra in life is that ‘anything is possible’ and I always try to help my clients achieve their blue-sky thinking.
“Good PR is about story telling. I help my clients tell their story and get them seen and heard in the right places and get them noticed!”
Kate’s main clients include Barker, Coleman Marine Insurance, Openwide International Ltd (Bournemouth Pier), Dorset Business Angels, Saffery Champness Chartered Accountants, Poole Harbour Commissioners, Gales Solicitors and MYTime Young Carers Charity.
