Warrior by name and warrior by nature.
Lizzie McManus says her new agency – which launches this Sunday March 21 – is committed to doing things differently.

While offering the usual PR, social media, influencer, digital marketing, design and website services, it will support ethical businesses and offer a new service, Green Consultancy.
Lizzie said: “Warrior’s Green Consultancy team are experts in all fields from carbon reduction and renewable energy, to recycling and permaculture.
“Warrior’s Green Audit looks at all elements of your business, offering not just ways you can reduce costs, but also ways you can reduce carbon emissions.
“We can help you plan a steady transition to a more sustainable future for your business, all on your own terms and in manageable stages.
“Warrior will be there every step of the way including project creation and inception, employee engagement, reviews, teething issues, completion, and public relations to share your positive news.”
The 37-year-old said the concept had already met with approval despite the agency being days away from its official launch.

She said: “I thought I’d just be working on Warrior in the three weeks I gave myself to launch.
“I was more than surprised by the incredibly positive response from day one.
“In just two weeks I had booked in over 20 new business appointments without trying.
“I was just answering messages on social media.
“It was crazy, my feet didn’t touch the ground.
“Still a couple of days before launch, I now have four clients and a jam-packed two weeks ahead of me – including lots of interviews.
“I need some more Warriors on my team pronto!”
The Green House Hotel in Bournemouth is Warrior’s first client for the Green Audit.
Lizzie said: “I was so happy to get that call.
“To be asked by one of the best eco hotels in the UK to re-green them and keep them in that top spot is testament to the team I have around me.”
Lizzie already has plans for Warrior’s future.
She said: “My mission is to join the dots between our fantastic grass roots community groups and the corporate world and the council – starting with BCP.
“I know that we can work so much better if we work together, we can do more for BCP, and more for each other.
“Change doesn’t have to be big, it just has to be positive.
“I was brought up by Dorset’s number one Eco-Warrior, Theresa McManus, so I have been supporting environmental causes since the 80’s – way before it was fashionable.
“Because of that, protecting the planet to me is a no-brainer.
“What I discovered as I started growing up was my passion for humanitarian issues as well as environmental.
“The way I see it, we’re all part of the same ecosystem.”
Lizzie, who stood for the Green Party in the Bournemouth West constituency in 2015, is currently studying for a Masters in Green Economy at Bournemouth University.
She said: “I was lucky enough to work at one of the best PR agencies on the south coast, Sunny Bird PR in Bournemouth.
“I absolutely love PR.
“I love writing, I love pitching, I love creating campaigns, I love social media, branding, training, events, awards, all of it.
“Communication is the key to everything.
“And that’s what PR does, it relates you to your audience.
“It was inevitable that these two passions of mine would unite and I would use my expertise to enact change and help transition us into a more sustainable future.
“Warrior is all about ethical business, treating people and the planet in the right way and creating a successful business.
“Business is an ecosystem too.”
