Peer2Peer celebrated the end of the year in style when it held its annual Christmas Board meeting at the Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa.

The event brought together its two local Boards – the Limewood Hotel Peer2Peer Board and The Captain’s Club Peer2Peer Board.

Co-Founder Simon Hawtrey-Coombs acted as host and introduced a packed agenda which included a round-up of what Peer2Peer membership offers from Co-Founder John Acton.

Mental resilience expert and guest speaker John Dabrowski gave an inspirational talk on ‘Mind Resilience’, sharing success strategies for tough times.

He said: “It’s not what happens to you in life which counts…it’s how you respond which makes all the difference.”

Susannah Brade-Waring spoke on ‘Data driven insights into what makes your team merry’ while the final session of the day, led by Gretta Acton, looked at ‘Flow and fun’ and interacting with your team members.

Simon said: “It was such a brilliant day bringing our members together, motivating and inspiring each other.

“A fantastic reflection on all that we’ve achieved over the last year.”
