A specialist metal decking firm is to expand its operations in Poole.

Goadsby, acting on behalf of Forelle Estates, has let the first floor of Unit 10, New Fields Business Park in Stinsford Road to Composite Profiles Ltd.

The premises cover 1,092 sq ft and also have four parking spaces.

Composite Profiles, which was founded by Roy Norton more than 25 years ago, already occupies Unit 9.

Ben Duly, Goadsby Business Space, said: “We were delighted to assist Composite Profiles in their expansion within New Fields Business Park.

“They were particularly interested in these premises as it gave the option to inter-connect to their current office.”

Goadsby is currently marketing Unit 11, New Fields Business Park, which is approximately 2,133 sq ft, self-contained and arranged over two floors.

New Fields Business Park benefits from being managed by Goadsby’s Property Management Department.

Goadsby has also let Unit 7, Virage Business Park, 132-134 Stanley Green Road, Poole to Innovation Fitness Ltd.

The end of terrace industrial/warehouse premises extends to approximately 3,243 sq ft and benefits from shower facilities, lighting, glazed personnel door and ground floor and first floor windows.

The quoting rent was £25,000 per annum exclusive.
