Poole’s Oakstone International have treated their top-performing staff to a relaxing holiday in the Dolomites of northern Italy in recognition of their hard work over the past year.

Oakstone CEO Paul Rayner is at the head of the growing firm, which reported a 135 per cent increase in new clients last year and now employs 22 staff – some of whom managed to secure their place on the trip after overachieving on their annual targets.

“I genuinely believe that those who go above and beyond and who achieve greatness should be rewarded”, said Paul.

“The Dolomites offer a breathtaking backdrop to honour their incredible dedication.

“This is why Oakstone gives people the opportunity and the platform to succeed and achieve what they want personally and professionally. The annual achiever’s trip is simply a thank you and congratulations.

“The food, wine and company are always exceptional and it’s particularly rewarding for me to see so many of the team making the trip.”

As well as the annual achievers’ trip, Oakstone offers weekly incentives including cash prizes and champagne.

Last year the consultancy made their way across the Atlantic with a new office in Chicago, headed by Managing Consultant Arran Campbell, to better serve American clients.
