With over a decade’s experience across social housing and public administration under her belt, Grace Haggerty is bringing her skillset to Bournemouth-based Whitefox Chartered Surveyors as their new Office Manager.

After graduating from Bournemouth University’s Public Services programme, Grace went on to gain substantial experience in property sector administration – spending five years at Aster Group UK and then a further five at HM Land Registry.

Across this decade of previous experience she carried out a range of roles and tasks, including updating property titles.

Whitefox Managing Director Darren Frias-Robles previously told us about the importance of building depth and capacity at the company to take on more projects and opportunities.

Commenting on Grace’s appointment, he said: “We are delighted to welcome Grace on board.  She’s going to be a real asset to the office and our growing team. She has some great experience from across the construction sector, as well as HM Land Registry.”

For Grace, it’s an opportunity to apply her expertise in a new environment. “I’m really looking forward to my new role, liaising with contractors, clients, organising events, business development, marketing and supporting the team and helping with the continued success and growth of the business,” she said.
