Our search continues to find Dorset’s best decorated Christmas office or business and today we move to the not for profit sector.
Step forward and take a well-deserved bow Lewis-Manning Hospice Care and, in particular, the charity’s Westbourne shop with its very impressive window display.
It was earlier this year that former soccer manager Harry Redknapp cut the golden ribbon for the shop, not long after he was crowned King of the Jungle on I’m A Celebrity.
For the Lewis-Manning Hospice Care team the hard work never stops as they care for those with life limiting illnesses at its day care clinics, as well as organising and hosting a range of fundraising activities.
These have included the ‘Sound of Soul’ choir performing at Wimborne Minster, the family Santa Dash where even dogs took part and gifts galore being sold from the charity’s Dorset retail shops.
Tom Goodinge, Director of Fundraising, pictured left, said: “We’d be delighted to hear from anyone who wants to help us in 2020 with events, volunteering, donations or sponsorship support.
“We need to raise significant funds to support our patients in the year ahead.”
