Joe brings ‘renewed energy’ to top job as third-gen MD of family property firm Rebbeck Brothers

Bournemouth’s oldest property firm has a new managing director.

Established in 1845, Rebbeck Brothers has been helmed for the past 20 years by Matthew Strong.

But stepping into the leading role now is Joe Mellery-Pratt, a third-generation member of the family firm, who says he’s “well prepared” for the challenge.

“We have a fantastic team in place, and I’m excited to lead the business and set its strategic direction.

“I’m confident that a fresh approach and renewed energy will help us achieve even greater heights.”

In the meantime, Matthew will stay on with the company to ensure a seamless transition.

“I have no doubt Joe will bring innovation and dedication to the role, and I look forward to supporting him and the team as we embark on this new chapter.”

Under Joe’s leadership, the firm plans to build on its heritage while embracing modern challenges and opportunities in the property sector.
