United by a shared passion for the Jurassic Coast – the UK’s only natural UNESCO World Heritage Site – Jurassic Coast Trust has collaborated with Isle of Wight printers Teemill on a new sustainable clothing line.
The range includes t-shirts, jumpers and hoodies for men, women and kids, all made from Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton in factories powered by renewable energy.
Each piece is printed on demand in the UK with Teemill’s low-waste technology and shipped in plant-based packaging.
Melanie Campbell, Head of Business Development at Jurassic Coast Trust, said: “We’re really thrilled to be able to launch this Jurassic Coast inspired clothing range with Teemill.
“Conscious clothing from a sustainable supply chain is something that was important to us when sourcing a merchandise supplier.
“We’ve worked with local designer Dani Dixon to create some bespoke designs and we are already working on the development of some new themed additions.”
The Trust is the charity responsible for protecting the World Heritage status of the Jurassic Coast, engaging with stakeholders to preserve its unique geology, palaeontology and geomorphology for future generations.
