The first new homes at a major waterfront development in Poole have been launched on the market.
Described as offering a new destination for luxury coastal living, The Waterfront, by London Land Group, is located at West Quay.
It has views across Upton Lake and the Twin Sails Bridge.
There will be a total of 291 new one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Prices are from £278,250 for a one bedroom to £1.1m for the three-bedroom penthouses.
A launch event was held at the development to mark the opening of the sales suite with catering provided by St Tropez Lounge.

The apartments, which are being marketed by Savills, will be arranged across five buildings, and reach up to 11 storeys high.
According to Savills, the design takes “inspiration from the rich maritime heritage of the surrounding area.”
Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities, including a professionally landscaped communal courtyard with office pods, two furnished resident club lounges with full kitchen and dining facilities and exclusive roof terraces with views out across the harbour.
The welcoming entrance lobby will have concierge services and there will also be an app to provide residents with useful information and the latest community events.
The apartments include state-of-the-art appliances, private balconies, thermostatically controlled underfloor heating to all rooms, mechanical ventilation, LED lighting throughout, video intercom and smart home ready features.
The kitchens will feature Italian made handleless contemporary kitchen cabinets, luxury composite stone polished countertops, with marble quartz in the penthouse apartments, and floor to ceiling porcelain tiles in the bathrooms.
There will also be a passenger lift to all floors.

The marketing suite at the foot of the Twin Sales Bridge is now open, with a show home expected early 2024.
The apartments are set to be complete in summer 2024.
