Law firm Steele Raymond is expanding its pension property investment services beyond Dorset.
The Bournemouth-based team, part of Steele Raymond’s property group, is extending its specialist pension property advice and expert legal services to independent financial advisors (IFAs), accountants, pension trustees and private investors across England and Wales.

The senior team of pension property solicitors possess more than half a century of combined Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) and Small Self-Administered Scheme (SSAS) knowledge and experience.
Steele Raymond says this gives the firm a unique and unrivalled position within a highly specialised and complex area of law.
The SIPP and SSAS property investment team is made up of four commercial property lawyers.
They are Partners Caroline Probert, Jennifer Rogerson and Chris Twaits alongside Senior Associate Solicitor, Johanna Hammersley.
All are highly ranked in their field.
The 2021 edition of the independent industry ‘bible’, The Legal 500, describes Steele Raymond’s property group as having ‘unrivalled knowledge’.
It rated the firm as one of the top five for commercial property within the Dorset, Devon and Cornwall region.
Chris Twaits, Head of the property group, said: “The team boasts significant knowledge and experience in pension property investment.
“Our commercial property lawyers are among the most experienced solicitors in dealing with SIPP and SSAS pension property investments in the UK.”
A specialist website dedicated to providing clients, accountants, financial advisers and pension trustees with the latest legal guidance for pension property investment has also been launched.
Caroline Probert, Partner and SIPP & SSAS expert, said: “We understand that investing in a property through a SIPP or a SSAS pension scheme is – for most – not an everyday occurrence and that a judicious approach is often preferred.
“As SIPP and SSAS legal specialists, we believe it is our duty and responsibility to guide clients through each step of the process and to communicate straightforward, actionable advice throughout each and every transaction.
“The dedicated website is purpose built to provide our clients, accountants and financial advisers with the very latest thinking on utilising SIPP and SSAS schemes to invest in commercial property.”
