Dorset law firm Ellis Jones has promoted Katy Sewell to Associate Solicitor.
A member of the Wills, Trusts and Probate team, Katy studied law and did her Law Practice Course (LPC) at Bournemouth University before joining a Hampshire law firm as a trainee in 2011.
She qualified as a solicitor two years later and moved to another law firm before coming to Ellis Jones in 2017.
Katy qualified as a full member of STEP, the global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, financial advisors and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures, in 2017.
Carla Brown, Partner and Head of Wills, Trusts and Probate at Ellis Jones, said: “Katy has established herself as a key member of our team within the space of just two years. Her promotion is well-deserved.”
Ellis Jones has offices in Bournemouth, Canford Cliffs (Poole), Christchurch, Ringwood, Swanage and Wimborne as well as London.
