Making the Grade: Evolve to open co-working hub in listed 'olde worlde' ex-school building

Evolve, the membership community for entrepreneurs and business leaders, is to open a co-working hub in Poole late next month.

Located within Evolve’s headquarters at Old Saint Peter’s School in Ashley Cross, the hub combines contemporary design and décor with the olde worlde charm of solid wood floors and tall, arched windows.

Out front, there is a picturesque, well-kept garden where lunch – or simply a breather – can be enjoyed.

The co-working space comprises:

  • Main hall featuring 20 workstations for rent on a monthly basis.
  • Two breakout rooms with sofas for informal meetings.
  • Kitchen with all modern appliances.
  • Large meeting room with a skylight.
  • Two bathrooms including one with a shower.

In addition, there is a secure bike store and lockers for valuables, as well as Wi-Fi and a printer.

Users have unlimited access, seven days a week.

Desk hire includes discounts to Evolve’s events, peer groups, one-to-one coaching, a company listing on Evolve’s website, and more.

The cost is £300 a month plus VAT.

Evolve was founded in spring 2018 by Warren Munson, pictured right.

It moved into the old St Peter’s School building at the end of last year.

The Grade II listed building dates back to 1833.
