Lester Aldridge, the South Coast-based law firm has announced three Partner promotions.

Michelle Musker has been promoted to Partner in the Real Estate Finance team, based in Bournemouth, which sees her acting in multiple transactions for national commercial and residential mortgage lenders.

Stepping up the ladder with her is Izabela Arnold, who heads the firm’s specialist construction team, which has a burgeoning reputation acting for both consultants and developers on a variety of construction projects both within the southern region and nationally.

Joining them is Matt Gilks, who becomes the second partner in Lester Aldridge’s planning and infrastructure team.

Matt has extensive experience in planning law, with a particular focus on acting for substantial landowners, providing strategic advice in respect of the myriad of planning issues that affect their landholdings, as well as being a “go to” planning lawyer for defending threatened or issued planning enforcement action by local authorities.
