Question: What’s your favourite TV show?

Answer: Have I Got News For You (and Spitting Image – when it comes back).

Q: Who would you like to share a lift with?

A: Jonah Lomu.

Q: The best bit of my job is…?

A: Developing the people and giving them the chance to thrive.

Q: And the worst…?

A: Falling short on the service we would like to provide.

Q: Who was your childhood hero?

A: Kenny Dalglish.

Q: What’s your favourite smell?

A: Freshly baked bread/doughnuts.

Q: Where’s your favourite place in Dorset?

A: Kimmeridge Bay.

Q: What advice would you give to anyone starting out on a career?

A: Be confident in your ability to learn and look to learn at every opportunity.

Q: What was your first record/CD?

A: Oh, What a Night by The Four Seasons.

Q: What gets you angry?

A: Grapes in the plug hole.

Q: Do you have a favourite piece of music?

A: Sweet Child O’ Mine by Guns N’ Roses.

Q: What are the qualities you look for in a new employee?

A: Keen to learn and restless.

Q: What’s your favourite food or dish?

A: Fish and chips.

Q: Steamed sponge pudding and custard or a plate of melon?

A: Steamed sponge pudding all the time.

Q: Name the best thing about living/working in Dorset?

A: Being in a county with no motorway and beautiful coast and countryside.

Q: If you were Prime Minister for the day what would be the first thing you do?

A: Create a law that prevents discrimination against gingers.

Q: What’s your biggest frustration?

A: Losing my hair at 25.

Q: Where’s your favourite holiday location?

A: Watergate Bay in Cornwall.

Q: Where do you see yourself in ten years’ time?

A: Greece.

A: Being ginger.
