A Bournemouth law firm’s property group has a new home.

Steele Raymond’s 26-strong property team is now in newly leased office space in the Granville Chambers building on Richmond Hill after relocating from the firm’s Richmond Point head office.

The new office will operate as a hub for the Residential Property, Commercial Property, Residential Development and specialist Pension Property Investment teams, collectively known as the firm’s Property Group.

The move comes at a time of sustained organic growth for Steele Raymond which has seen its Residential Development and Commercial Property teams achieve an average of 20 per cent year-on-year growth for the past three years.

The relocation has created space for further expansion of the firm’s Family, Private Client, Dispute Resolution, Employment and Company and Commercial legal teams.

They remain at Richmond Point.

Chris Twaits, Partner and Head of Commercial Property, said: “Our property teams have achieved a fantastic level of growth over the last few years by offering a very proactive, expert and senior lawyer-led service.

“Our new space will allow our specialist property lawyers to work collaboratively in accommodation designed specifically for them.”

Recent appointments to the Property Group include Georgina Du Pon, Residential Property Associate, and Chris Dolan, Partner.
