It’s celebration time for Poole-based digital marketing agency b4b, having taken on another office.

The new two-story, 2200 square foot office comes as a result of growth in both its client base and staff numbers.

Adjacent to b4b’s existing office on Albany Business Park, the new premises of the same size as the firm’s existing office will house its software and web teams.

Looking back to the agency’s beginnings in 2008, Founder Anthony Tilley explained: “We were working with a lot of businesses designing logos and clothing, and we started to view their websites and realised that we could actually do a lot better!

“So, we employed a group of Polish web developers who were living in Bournemouth at the time to form Bespoke 4 Business.

“After a couple of years, they decided to move back to Poland, but we kept the relationship going by opening our own office out there, and fifteen years later, we’re still going strong, albeit we’ve shortened the name to just b4b!”

b4b now employs more than 60 staff across its two offices in Poole and one office in Sosnowiec, Poland.

The Poland office is useful for b4b’s clients, as it means they can pay comparatively lower rates for the same level of expertise.

“We’re unique for a marketing agency as we have both the technical development team in-house as well as marketing experts – it’s rare to find this under one roof; it’s usually one or the other.

“This allows us to provide the full marketing service to our clients from designing their website, developing their software to run their business and then taking their product or service to market and helping them raise their profile and generate leads”.

“We have adopted ‘imagine the possibilities’ as our mantra and I’m excited to see where we can take b4b as a business and the careers of my team, as well as where we can take our clients in terms of their growth and expansion. Watch this space!”

b4b have nearly doubled their turnover and staff count in the last two years, putting them among the top agencies in Dorset.

As testament to this growth, they won B2B Business of the Year at the Poole Business Awards last year and have also been voted one of the South’s Top 100 companies to work for.
