Bournemouth-based law firm Steele Raymond has welcomed Luc Algar as a partner in its growing commercial property team.
Ranked in the Legal 500, Luc brings almost 20 years’ experience in commercial property, having advised and assisted a range of clients including property investors, lenders, developers and occupiers across various sectors.
He joins from regional firm Moore Barlow, where he led the real estate division.

Luc joins a team of 12 which includes partners Chris Twaits, Carol Elliott and Martin Logan, and managing partner Jennifer Rogerson.
The commercial property team forms part of Steele Raymond’s wider property group, which also encompasses residential development and property litigation.
His appointment follows the arrival of property litigation lawyers Lauren Meade and Farouk Vahdati earlier this year.
