Ally Rios Twitchin admits she never planned to launch her own business – but now she can’t imagine doing anything else.
The 24-year-old graduated with a degree in Event Management from Bournemouth University last year.

Straight into a world with no events.
Ally said: “So I took my social media skills and marketing knowledge from the course and have created a social media marketing company.
“I do content creation, platform management and consulting.”
Frost Flower Promotions was launched last October.
By December Ally had enough clients to go full-time.
They include Poole Business Improvement District (BID) and Play It Again UK.
One of the adjustments Ally has had to make is to avoid using the royal ‘we’.
She said: “Starting out, I felt that I wouldn’t be taken seriously by just presenting the business as a one-woman show.
“I now realise that, actually, being a one-woman show is my main USP [unique selling proposition].
“When you choose to work with Frost Flower Promotions – that’s me – you will always be able to speak to someone you know and trust.

“You will be able to sleep easy knowing that your online presence is all being taken care of by one person, in one place.
“You will never have to fight your way through layers of admin to get to someone who knows about your account.
“Most of all, you will always be able to have details of your designs and promotions changed by me personally, no matter how long it takes, until they suit your exact taste.
“Also, I’m really proud of what I have achieved all on my own to be honest.
“To have only been up and running for two months before having enough clients to working on Frost Flower full-time is a dream.
“And, instead of outsourcing, I have pushed myself to learn new skills in a really short space of time.
“I always tell clients to be authentic and that their differences are what makes them unique.
“I’m practising what I preach.”
Ally, who lives in Bournemouth, said she wanted to concentrate more on the creative aspect of her business in 2021, including improving her photography and videography skills.
She said: “I think that lockdown has given a lot of people the push they needed to get online.
“I have learnt so much in the short amount of time I’ve been working for myself and really enjoy it.
“To be honest, without Covid I would never have done it but now I could never see myself not working for myself and doing something creative.
“It’s given me new life!”
