A new book provides a fascinating insight into Bournemouth with 111 suggestions on how locals – and visitors – can get to know the resort better.

Author Katherine Bebo, who wrote ‘111 Places in Poole That You Shouldn’t Miss’ – available here – has penned a companion book covering Bournemouth.

Mother of two Katherine is a professional freelance writer.
Her career has taken her to London, Dubai and Denver, Colorado, before moving back home to Dorset.
She has had a handful of books published on topics ranging from films to fitness, cocktails to outer space as well as features for well-known publications and websites.

Commercial photographer Oliver Smith has provided colour images for the new 240-page paperback which is published by Emons, priced £13.99.
The popular ‘111 Places’ series was launched by Publisher Emons Verlag in 2008.
Since then, more than 650 titles in multiple languages, and 3.8 million copies, have been sold.
