A state of the art community podcast and content creation studio in the heart of Poole could be the first of many in the UK.
Podcast Labs, the award-winning podcast production and marketing agency, has partnered with Foundry, the pioneering £3 million work-play space which opened its doors this week.
Its new broadcast quality podcast studio will be open to both members, and non-members, of Foundry.
If the pilot is successful, similar studios will be rolled out across the country.
The new facility is due to open by the end of July.
Kelly Butler, Managing Director of Podcast Labs, pictured left, said: “We’re really excited to be pushing Podcast Labs in a direction that has huge expansion potential and makes our services and spaces accessible to more people than ever before.”
Adam Walker, Co-Founder of Foundry, added: “I’m thrilled to be moving forward with the Podcast Labs team to unite our companies in this unique way and create an incredible facility for our members and the wider business community.”
Podcast Labs was founded in 2019 by Kelly and Andy James.
The Poole-based business has since seen significant growth.
It is now working internationally with brands including Sarah Raven’s Kitchen & Garden, King’s College London, World Marathon Majors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Local clients include entrepreneur and Dorset Mind Ambassador Ty Temel, Liz Lean PR, Talent Drive and Dorset Growth Hub among many others.
Foundry Poole is the second workspace of its kind to be launched by Adam Walker and Legal & General Investment Management, owners of The Dolphin shopping centre.
The first was in Eastbourne with more opening soon.
As reported by DorsetBizNews, over 80 diverse brands, businesses and entrepreneurs have signed up to be the first members of the new Poole work-play space.
Covering 18,000 sq ft over two floors, it will eventually be a base for up to 250 members, offering boutique flexible and affordable options for all sectors.
Space can be rented by the day, week or month with costs starting from £25, including VAT, for a day pass.
