Heidi Munro and Keeley Fox are already looking forward to their fourth event since bringing together The Poole Property Club just four months ago.

They’ll be joined by more than 100 industry professionals this September for an evening of champagne and canapes at the town’s newly launched beachfront venue, Rockwater Village.

Luke Davis, Founder of private equity firm IW Capital and the man behind the original Rockwater in Hove, described it as ‘a passion project’ with a vision to ‘create a hub at the heart of the local community’.

He’ll be speaking at the event alongside a lineup which includes renowned DJ Brandon Block and saxophonist Claire Manners.

Entrepreneurs Heidi and Keeley set up the exclusive club as the first of its kind for the South Coast, aiming to connect the region’s landlords and landowners with investors and developers from across the world.

And it’s built upon strong foundations, as more than £3.6 billion is due to be spent within the property and construction sector next year across the BCP Area.

The club’s regular events offer members access to variety of networking opportunities with top industry experts, decision makers and like-minded individuals who all share a passion for property.

Thursday 7th September is the next date in their busy calendar, with support from BCP Council and local businesses including Calcinotto, WhiteFox Surveyors, Shore Architecture and Woodstock Legal.
