Commercial property agent Sibbett Gregory has brought three new occupiers into Poole High Street after notching up a hat-trick of retail lettings.
Mountain Warehouse has started trading at 133 High Street following a comprehensive refurbishment of the building.
The property, which was previously occupied by Halfords, extends to about 3,700 sq ft.
Trendy vaping retailer Evapo has taken space at 114 High Street, adding to its portfolio of 36 stores in England and Wales.
And a lease has also been completed at 155A High Street.
Charity shop retailer, The Dogs Trust, will soon begin a comprehensive fit out of the property.
Alastair Knott, Director, Sibbett Gregory, said; “The retail market has continued to be very challenging over the last 12 months, with many retailers announcing store closures following periods of restructuring via CVA’s or company administrations.
“In spite of these market conditions, and by working alongside pragmatic landlord clients, we have been very pleased to help bring these new occupiers into Poole town centre.
“We also have two further retail properties under offer on the High Street, so we hope to be able to announce additional lettings shortly.”
