An estate agency founded four years ago says it was a real ‘feather in our cap” after being asked to take part in the hit TV property show, Homes Under the Hammer.
Nick Richards, a consultant with Castleman Estate Agents, was asked for his expert opinion on a property in Bransgore.

Originally filmed in April 2023, the episode has now aired on BBC One and is available on the BBC iPlayer.
Andy Tibbles, who founded Castleman Estate Agents in July 2020, said: “We were flattered to be asked to take part in the programme.
“It certainly feels like a real feather in our cap.
“Nick took it in his stride and did a very professional job.
“It was a proud moment for our family business.”
Verwood-based Castleman Estate Agents is named after the Castleman Trailway, the popular walking, cycling and horse-riding route.
The 16.5-mile trailway follows much of the old Southampton to Dorchester railway line, weaving its way through many of the key areas served by the business.
Although specialising in sales and lettings within a 20-mile radius of Verwood, the agency has also sold property as far afield as Bath.

Andy, pictured left, said that after a rollercoaster four years the business was hoping for a more stable period.
He said: “Obviously we had Covid and then various political events.
“It feels like we haven’t seen a normal trading period.”
A recent appointment at the agency is Branch Manager Abi Creffield.
She has 12 years’ combined experience in estate agency, management and business development.
Castleman Estate Agents is featured in series 27, episode 5 of Homes Under the Hammer.
